SUBSCRIPTION MODEL
To ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the programs and initiatives led by GUIDING LIGHTS, we propose the introduction of a yearly subscription model for partnering NGOs. The model is designed to provide a stable financial foundation for the activities outlined in our vision, while also fostering engagement and accountability among participating organizations.
SUBSCRIPTION REGISTRATION: Registration for the subscription will open in FIRST CONCLAVE.
Additionally, subscribing NGOs will gain the opportunity to engage more actively with the programs, benefiting from the collective efforts. They will also be authorized to utilize the GUIDING LIGHTS logo in their activities and promotional materials, enhancing their visibility and association with a reputable network of organizations committed to social change.
This model is designed not only to ensure the financial viability of GUIDING LIGHTS' initiatives but also to build a community of engaged and invested NGOs, ensuring sustainable growth for the social programs and their impact on the communities they serve.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
GUIDING LIGHTS will implement a robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework with partnered NGOs through a dedicated WhatsApp Channel to ensure real-time tracking of program progress, assess outcomes, and maintain accountability. This framework will enable efficient communication and facilitate the sharing of updates, key performance indicators, and milestones, allowing all stakeholders to stay informed. Regular reports will be shared with partners and subscribers, outlining the achievements, challenges, and impact of each program. This transparent and streamlined process ensures that programs remain aligned with their goals, fostering trust among all involved and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the initiatives. Through this M&E system, GUIDING LIGHTS aims to continuously improve programs and ensure that resources are used efficiently to maximize impact in the communities served.
SHARING OF PHOTOS AND INFORMATION REGARDING PROGRAM ORGANIZATION
As part of its collaboration with partnered NGOs, GUIDING LIGHTS to share the photos, videos, and detailed information regarding the organization and implementation of various programs. This will include event photos, success stories, beneficiary testimonials, and impactful moments that showcase the success and outreach of each program.
