The Margdarshan
Mentorship Program by CNH – ITC is a pioneering social initiative by the
India Technology Centre (ITC), part of CNH Industrial. Dedicated to fostering
talent and building a more equitable society, this program is designed to bridge
the gap between academic learning and career readiness for underprivileged
B.Tech students from the National Capital Region, including Delhi, Ghaziabad,
Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad.
Purpose and Vision
Guided by CNH Industrial's
mission of “building a better world”, Margdarshan seeks to empower
economically disadvantaged engineering students by enhancing their
professional skills, self-confidence, and employability. The program focuses on
overall development by providing targeted support, mentorship, and exposure to
industry best practices.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the
Margdarshan Mentorship Program 2025-26, applicants must meet the following
criteria:
- Be enrolled in any year of a B.Tech
degree at a government or government-aided college/university located
in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad.
- Have scored at least 60% marks in
the previous academic year.
- Have a family income of ₹6
lakh or less per annum.
- Submit required documents: passport-size
photograph, valid identity proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving
License, or PAN Card), previous marksheet, admission proof, and family
income proof.

sessions: Each mentee is paired with an experienced employee of CNH
Industrial for personalized guidance throughout the program.
- 9 group webinars: Expert-led sessions
focus on upskilling, current industry trends, and essential technical and
professional competencies.
- Flexible scheduling: Sessions are
organized according to mutual preferences, with an option for mentees to
request rescheduling.
- Career counselling: Students receive
direct advice and insights into career planning, CV preparation, interview
techniques, and industry expectations.
- Building networks: Interaction with
working professionals provides inspiration, encouragement and a pathway to
greater aspirations.

- The 2025-26 program continues CNH-ITC's
commitment, reaching its third successive year of operation, steadily
expanding the number of beneficiaries.
- Previous cohorts have reported boosts in
self-confidence, improved communication and presentation skills, and
better preparedness for job markets.
