The selection is based on a multi-step process:

• Registration: Students register online on the official Mindler platform by providing academic and personal details.
• Scholarship Assessment: Participants take an online assessment that evaluates their orientation style, interests, personality, aptitude, and emotional intelligence. This assessment helps identify suitable career streams and study options.
• Shortlisting: Based on assessment scores and academic records, top performers are shortlisted.
• Interviews: Shortlisted candidates may be invited for interviews or further evaluations.
• Final Selection: Scholarships are awarded to the most promising students, with top performers receiving up to 50% tuition fee waivers.
