The Apni Shala Fellowship
2025 is a one-year, full-time, paid program aimed at transforming public
schools by integrating Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and mental well-being
education. This unique initiative seeks to build a compassionate network of
youth who will collaborate with students, teachers, and school stakeholders to
create safe, caring, and emotionally resilient learning environments. Fellows
will receive rigorous training to develop facilitation skills and implement SEL
programs using innovative tools such as drama, art, storytelling, and games.
