The Cadence Scholarship
Program, a noble initiative by Cadence Design Systems Private Limited in
collaboration with Concern India Foundation, is designed to support bright yet
underprivileged students in continuing their higher education. The program
primarily focuses on ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder the
aspirations of deserving students from Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad,
and Hyderabad.
OVERVIEW OF THE CADENCE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Launched in 2016, the
scholarship has benefitted 616 meritorious students across various disciplines
such as B.Tech, MBBS, BDS, B. Pharma, and other professional courses. The
program aims to provide financial aid for essential academic expenses, thus
facilitating a seamless learning journey for students who come from
economically weaker backgrounds.
With an application deadline
set for 31st May 2025, this initiative continues to support students in
securing a better livelihood through education.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To apply for the Cadence
Scholarship, applicants must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
Residency & Study
Location: Applicants must be Indian nationals and should be residing and
studying in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, or Hyderabad.
Academic Qualification:
§ For Undergraduate
Courses: Students must have successfully cleared Class 12 with a minimum of 60%
overall marks.
§ Students
currently in Class 12 can also apply based on their previous academic record.
Economic Background: The
applicant should belong to a lower-income group.
Special Considerations:
§ Preference
will be given to students pursuing STEM-related courses and female students.
§ Specially-abled
and transgender students who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to
apply.
SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
The Cadence Scholarship
provides financial assistance covering key educational expenses. This support

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
Applicants need to submit
the following documents along with their application:
- Details of Two References: These should
be individuals who have agreed to provide recommendations for the
applicant. The referees must not be related to the applicant and should
have direct knowledge of their character and academic background.
- Recent Passport-Size Photograph: A clear
and recent passport-size photograph of the applicant must be uploaded.
