The Dhrithi Foundation
Fresh and Renewal Scholarship 2025 is a vital educational support program
aimed at empowering meritorious students from economically disadvantaged
families in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. Recognizing education
as a cornerstone for nation-building, the Dhrithi Foundation focuses on
addressing the challenges faced by students in rural and underprivileged areas,

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To qualify for the Dhrithi
Foundation Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Be a permanent resident of Dakshina
Kannada district, Karnataka.
- Have secured more than 75% marks in
their most recent examination, which could be SSLC (Class 10), PUC (Class
12), or higher-level exams.
- The total annual family income from
all sources should not exceed ₹36,000.
- Only genuine candidates are encouraged
to apply, as foundation representatives may conduct home visits and verify
the applicant’s family background.
- Both fresh applicants and those seeking
renewal of the scholarship must submit applications on time and provide
necessary documents such as mark sheets, admission receipts, income
certificates, Aadhaar card, and bank passbook copies.
SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
The scholarship aims to
alleviate the financial burden on deserving students by covering tuition fees
and other educational expenses. Over the years, the foundation has supported
over 1,400 students, distributing more than ₹1
crore in aid. Many beneficiaries have successfully completed professional
education and are now contributing as engineers, teachers, bankers, and
professionals both in India and abroad.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants must fill out the
prescribed application form, attach all required documents, and submit them
before the deadline, which is 31st August 2025. Incomplete or late
applications are rejected. The foundation emphasizes transparency and fairness
in its selection process, with decisions made jointly by Dhrithi Foundation and
Vidya Poshak.
